Working closely with some of the UK’s largest retailers, our Customer Operations Team ensure that Clarks shoes are available to as many consumers as possible. Maintaining regular contact with our wholesale customers, they support them from order placing through to dispatch – making sure they have everything they need to deliver their customers the ultimate Clarks experience.
On hand to answer customer queries via email, social media, phone and post, our Customer Services Team resolve issues and queries to the highest standards. It’s a friendly and happy working environment where our teams support our customers through their Clarks journey. From helping consumers to navigate our website, to dealing with escalations, one thing’s for sure: it’s always varied.
