Our Employee Relations and Policy Team make sure that our managers have all the tools they need to be great people leaders. They are responsible for providing professional guidance and support in a range of situations whilst keeping up to date with employment law and legislation.
Our Reward and Performance and Development teams focus on developing, inspiring and rewarding great performance to deliver our key business goals. These teams help our people be the best they can be by supporting everything from apprenticeships; succession planning; and leadership development to incentives; pay and benefits; and recognition schemes.
