Our buying team ensures that we have the shoe styles and ranges in place to meet the demands of the business, stores and our customers. Working with suppliers and factories to meet in-store deadlines while at the same time managing our costs.
The merchandising team are responsible for getting the right stock in the place at the right time. Working with buyers to purchase, allocate and then release products and ranges that meet the demands of our customers.
The brand merchandising team are responsible for ensuring that the right volume of stock is delivered to each and every store, meeting both the sales demands of the business and also the product demands our customers.
The layout of our 60 Outlet stores across the UK and Europe as well as the window displays, visual merchandising and all in-store promotional material is the responsibility of our team planning team.
The Inventory Team ensure that all stock that is either sent to us from other parts of the business or what is purchased for Outlet is managed. We support supply chain with forward planning volumes to ensure that we are avoiding any unnecessary costs, we also support the Outlet merchandise team in ensuring that the right stock is processed in line with the trading plan.
Responsible for delivering the customer-facing Outlet strategy, the Field and Operations Team work in partnership the store management teams to lead, motivate and manage the performance of our stores. They act as a vital link between the stores and head office, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, managing the relationship with the Outlet centres and, of course, maximising sales.
