Not only are our Marketing team responsible for driving traffic to the website, it’s down to them to recruit new consumers, as well as retaining loyal ones.
Managing everything that comes on and off the site, including editorial content, product availability, promotions and sale, banners, our Visual Merchandising team also help us reach the site’s financial targets.
Without our Webmasters the European websites would fall apart. They’re responsible for the technical build and publishing of content creation. While our Content Editors look after the copy, from writing our blog to putting together product descriptions for everything from kid’s shoes and men’s trainers to women’s accessories.
Compiling and inputting data, our Product Data team make sure all that copy and the accompanying images go live on the website at the right time.
Once an order has been placed, it’s the responsibility of Operations to make sure it goes from online checkout to the consumer’s front door – from the website to stock picking to delivery logistics.
Looking at what’s been sold and how campaigns perform overall, our Analytics team provide the numbers – and work out how we can improve and increase our usability and sales.
