Human Resources at Clarks is all about inspiring commercial confidence and driving new levels of ambition for our people globally. Using their in-depth expertise to make Clarks an even better place to work, our Specialist teams work alongside our Generalists to ensure that our people have all the services they need – from arranging contracts for new starters to making sure our people get paid on time.

Our ER and Policy team make sure that our line managers have all the tools they need to be great people managers throughout the entire employee life cycle. It’s down to our Resourcing team to ensure we attract and recruit the best talent into Clarks. Our Change Management and Communications team provide expertise to support to initiatives requiring change management, communications, reward and performance solutions. And making sure our employees are paid on time and correctly is down to our Payroll team.
