Our Merchandising team work together to select and forecast great products that our customers will love, while delivering trade, margin and inventory targets.

Space and Cluster Planning

Space and Cluster Planning are responsible for optimising selling space and determining store and website grading targets to inform the merchandising planning process and subsequent stock allocations.

Trading Planning

Our Trading Planning team are responsible for developing commercial trading plans to support regional objectives and collating lessons to help shape future strategy and seasonal objectives.
