Clarks is a global phenomenon with branches worldwide. Every 60 seconds, 105 pairs of our shoes are sold. Providing operational support and solutions for all stores across European markets are our Retail Operations department.

Responsible for communicating messages from HQ and gatekeeping our Retail stores, our Operational Development and Communications team provide the Store and Field teams with all of the operational materials they need to deliver exceptional retail experiences.
It’s down to our Retail Performance Team to support our stores with the necessary reports and analytics to drive trade and ensure that we focus on making the great even greater. We are always looking for opportunities to continuously improve and simplify our processes to put the spotlight on the consumer
Our Store Services Team make sure we keep the lights on and our stores are trading within the law. We cover everything from paying the bills, making sure our stores have the right tools to sell more shoes, to managing the day to day business as usual processes.
At Clarks we are always innovating and the Implementation Team make sure that all projects are delivered to Store Teams within cost and time objectives to create a brilliant experience for every consumer.
Working in our global head office in Street means you'll be in a beautiful part of Somerset, but you might be working in one of our regional or international offices.
