We're a truly global business, well-connected, not just between departments but all over the world.

I'm Head of Creative Resources, working alongside the people in our studio who create all of our marketing materials – everything from our websites, in-store sets, events, point of sale materials to our ad campaigns, social media and digital assets. I help resource all of the briefs that come into the studio – for work that needs to be delivered across all of these formats, all over the world.

Right now we're aiming to build the best in-house creative team in our industry, so it's a hugely exciting time.

And as well as capitalising on the skills and knowledge of our current creatives, we're expanding the in-house team – the aim is to have a studio of about 35 people. At the same time we'll continue to bring in specialisms, like photography, illustration and film making, and I'll help source those too, deciding whether we ‘Make or Buy' for the best end results.
